Our policies
meet and greet
New clients will be required to schedule a meet and greet before services commence. All pet owners will be required to fill out a form chronicling their pet's basic needs, feeding and watering schedules, medical history, behavioral issues, and any special requests.
HOLIDAYS
Additional charges will be applied for all holidays and long weekends. Major holidays fill up quickly so please book as far in advance as possible.
emergencies
All pet owners are required to provide name, address and phone number of their vet. In case of emergency we will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. If we deem the emergency serious enough we will transport your pet to the nearest facility.
FOOD and other supplies
It is the responsibility of the pet owner to supply food and treats as well as all required medications. If your dog is crated please provide a crate.
Optional pet supplies that owners may provide include toys, clothing and beds.
Availability
Since we are a small company that caters to individual care we fill up quickly. Please book in advance, as all services are subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS
Again, since we are a small company that caters to individual care we make every effort to keep our calendar up to date and adhere to a set schedule based on confirmed bookings.
We understand life happens and plans change. We will try to be accommodating with reasonable notice given, but must impose fees for late cancellations on boarding and sitting.
Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the full amount of services.
Any cancellation made within 5 days prior to booking date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full amount of services.
